Our Productivity Edge process is a straightforward 3 phase approach that identifies which aspects of productivity are most important for the individual client. It's commonplace to to think of business productivity as being all about labour efficiency but for some businesses other aspects of productivity are equally or more important. That's why we consider your business against the framework of the Productivity Quadrant. Once the productivity diagnostic is complete, we work together to deliver the improvement potential identified. Finally, we take steps to ensure the gains are maintained and don't ebb away once the intervention is over.

Rapid Kaizen

The Rapid Kaizen or "Kaizen blitz" as it's sometimes known doesn't seek to replace traditional Kaizen teams which tend to be longer term and ongoing. These are rapid improvement workshops. It's a way for teams to learn and carry out structured, but a creative problem-solving improvement over a short timescale, in a workshop environment.
