We are practitioners of Taguchi DOE methods and have caried out successful projects in both manufacturing process improvement and in product design using Taguchi methods

We have designed Cost of Quality (COQ) measuring systems and constructed  databases for capturing and reporting quality costs. We learnt from the masters of these techniques....and applied them in most demanding of environments; automotive new product introduction. .

We have experience of implementing and operating the ISCC plus standard including chain of custody accounting.

QFD started to be adopted outside of Japan in the 1980's and our lead consultant was one of the early practitioners. This resulted in him being asked to publish papers and speak at events. That gives us the knowledge to help companies design & develop better products, more productively.
